For emergencies and active leaks we aim to call you back and be with you the same day. For planned work like repairs and replacements we'll book a free survey at a time that suits you, usually within a few days.
Yes, completely free, with no hard sell. We give you a written quote and follow up once - that's it. Most of our customers compare three quotes; we're happy to be one of them.
Yes - we carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance. We're happy to email a copy of the certificate before any work starts.
All workmanship - meaning if something goes wrong because of how we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 17 years. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.
We cover Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Wroughton, Marlborough, Chippenham and the surrounding villages. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call or request a quote and we'll let you know straight away.
For repairs, no - you pay on completion once you're happy. For larger replacement jobs we ask for a materials deposit (typically 25%) once the job is booked, then the balance on completion.
